Carving Unit all stainless steel 1/1 size 20mm deep perforated with 6 quantity carving spikes. Will fit directly in to a gastronorm size Bain Marie 530 x 325mm or you can use on a table top or heated surface. Complete with under tray 1/1 size 40mm deep to catch the drips from the carving surface.
